Constant team building, performance bonus, personal growth and even great company trips to Mexico!  In my opinion you must have the more incentive and focus on the retention but addressing the other side can be beneficial to all!

Interesting !  I believe we should take it a step further and form a &#039;removal&#039; fund that a D.C. can take from if they get out of TIC and leave it for ones of us who truly want Specific ChiropracTIC as it should be.

Just kidding, I love my Job. However not a bad idea to weed out the bad eggs. Question - If you offer $1,000.00 for people to quit there jobs, what type of incentive/bonus do you offer your current employees to keep there jobs?</description>
