I thorougly enjoyed their rapt attention and participation. There can be a tendency to hear such things that I taught and be excited for a day about it....and then drop it and go back to our old programs. Keep your team fresh with this. Ask each other how they are applying the learnings from the whole day often and down the road. Challenge each other when you hear language that shows old beliefs. The synergy of a team is invaluable!
